MP Plastic Blow Molding Machine is designed for manufacturing various plastic hollow products made of high molecular compounds. This machine is capable of producing hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. Not only can it blow a variety of materials like PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, but it also ensures a flawless manufacturing process.
a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor, capable of meeting the screw rotation change requirements during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can process various materials efficiently, providing strong plasticizing ability, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel incorporates a resistance heater controlled by a computer for quick, stable, and uniform heating.
b) By incorporating different heads into a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with a visible strip line or double layers can be blown.
c) The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guidance, a cylinder spindle, and dual working positions, enabling fast and stable mould movement.
d) An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop enhances power efficiency, speed, and stability.
e) Hydraulic element installation and maintenance are user-friendly with a removable and mobile oil tank option.
f) The entire machine is computer-controlled with a hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the storage of data from 40 sets of moulds.
g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.
h) The safety door integrates electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closure when the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
