The extruding device employs a variable frequency motor to cater to the rotation change requirements of the screw during the blowing process. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.
Within a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, different heads can be installed to produce blown products with a visible strip line or double layers.
