The mould clamping mechanism adopts a vertical compression design with three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guides, cylinder spindles, and double working positions. This ensures fast and stable movements of the mould during operation.
The hydraulic oil loop has been redesigned for improved efficiency, emphasizing power savings, rapid response times, and stable performance.
Convenient installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are facilitated with a removable and mobile oil tank feature.
The entire machine is computer-controlled, utilizing a hydraulic system with double proportional control. It includes features such as fault automatic alarms, reliable operation, high automation levels, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.
Users can select from three operation modes – "Manual", "Semi-Auto", and "Full Auto" – to accommodate different production requirements.
The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is opened. This ensures safe and reliable operation of the machine.
